Our passion for tea began in the late seventies when we opened our first small teashop. The idea was simple: to share the very best teas with a small, select circle of connoisseurs. From those humble beginnings, our company blossomed into what it is today – a global leader in tea retail. We are an organization with hard-earned knowledge of, and experience in, the tea market, with a mission to bring truly superlative teas to a growing community of tea lovers around the world.
TeaGschwendner is synonymous with high quality tea products. We have invested considerable funds in setting up our own in-house laboratories to ensure a supply of only the highest quality teas. We are involved in promoting current trends towards organic production.
